How do we protect you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is, if you are only\ndiagnosed with a lumbar sprain and several years later you must have lumbar surgery\nfor what is considered degenerative disc disease, the claim will not be\naccepted in relation to the accident at work. Often, as a rule, we will offer\nyou a diagnosis of lumbar sprain on discopathy or a lumbar sprain grafted on a\ndegenerative condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These diagnoses do not mean that\nthese conditions are part of the diagnosis or that they are related to the work\ninjury.
