(2019 QC CQ 206) has confirmed that a worker can get\ncommissions paid on negotiated offers to purchase prior to termination,\nespecially when the basic monthly salary is minimal and commission pay is a\nreal way for the employee to benefit from the fruits of his work, all in\naccordance with section 46 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which states\nthat every person who works has the right to fair and reasonable working\nconditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This payment of commissions is possible even if it was provided in the employment contract that the commissions were paid only on delivery of the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If in doubt, consult us!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sophie Mongeon A recent decision, CNESST v.
