Through Me Renaud Guérin, our firm offers mediation services in civil and commercial matters as well as in labour law. Acting as an impartial third party, Me Guérin helps both parties to participate directly in settling the conflict. The mediation process makes it possible to consider a variety of creative solutions and is, therefore, different from remedies imposed by the law. Furthermore, mediation enables the protagonists to actively participate and express their concerns in their words, rather than just having the issues presented by lawyers in strict, legal language.
