The CNESST has indeed just introduced this new service, which is a great innovation.

By using the online service ‘’Mon espace en ligne’’, you can now have access to a new, secure service zone. It will give you access to your file online at any time. Please note that this service is only offered in French at the moment.

Thanks to this new platform, it will be quicker to benefit from some of the CNESST’s services, like completing a direct deposit registration, a claim, or a refund request. You will also have access to a secure messaging structure and will be able to benefit from several other advantages.

This new service offered by the CNESST is simple, efficient and secure.
